FirstLook is seeking a Development Director to advance the mission of FirstLook by cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and stakeholders, leading all fundraising efforts, crafting and executing strategies for major gifts, grants, events, and annual fundraisers to secure vital funding for the organization’s mission, essentially driving financial growth and long-term sustainability.
2-3 years of experience in professional nonprofit fundraising, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
Ability to work evenings and weekends for donor events and engagements.
