The Best Choice: To Follow Christ

This day was the most joy filled day I had ever spent in my five years volunteering at FirstLook. I had been on a leave of absence for a few months due to my husband’s illness. I was a little hesitant to leave him that day to volunteer at FirstLook. So I said this prayer, “Lord, if I am going to leave Denny today, You sure better use me.” GLORY TO GOD….HE DID!!!

County commissioners unanimously passed a resolution Tuesday, January 28, 2020 declaring Ellis County a “sanctuary county” for the unborn, making Ellis County the first official sanctuary county in Texas.
